TheHRChapter is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition 100% Freelance to lead their growth in international recruitment and executive search. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in international executive search, commercial acumen, and team leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consultancy in managerial roles
Strong background in international or multicultural environments (startups and scaleups preferred)
Ability to build and lead remote teams and deliver recruitment projects across regions
Strong client management and persuasive communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Dutch or any other language is a plus
