We are looking for a structured, resourceful, and rigorous individual to help us grow from 15 to 45 talents in less than 24 months as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Freelance / Remote. You will be responsible for executing, following up, and optimizing the recruitment process for the CEO.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
Fast, autonomous, and methodical
Understanding of business issues quickly
Proficiency in French and English

Benefits

Freelance – initial mission of 3 to 6 months (possibility of CDI afterwards)
3 to 4 days / week (20 hours to 30 hours depending on workload)

Budget: €2,500 to €4,000 / month
