Requirements

3+ years of experience in tech recruitment within or for a software house.
Expertise in sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Dribble, and using Boolean search techniques.
Understanding of the software house recruitment landscape, including recent trends and best practices.
